No right, title, or interest in our Website, its content, or the services offered through our Website is transferred to you under these Terms.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

  • MODSCHOOL and the ModSchool Logos are protected trademarks of ModSchool. All tradenames, trademarks, taglines, and service marks displayed on the Website are the registered or unregistered marks of ModSchool, or its licensors, or other third parties and are protected by U.S. and international trademark laws and treaties. You may not use such marks without prior express written permission of ModSchool or the trademark owner.

3. User Accounts

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security by keeping your login credentials safe.

  • We will not share your personal information with any other person.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Third-Party Services

  • We integrate with Thinkific.com to provide online courses, structured learning activities, and student engagement.

  • We use Wix to maintain our website, capture email addresses, and manage email campaigns.

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Website.

  • The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website signifies acceptance of any modifications.

 

8. Removal of Content

 

Violation of Copyrights.
